FreshNeeds Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

At FreshNeeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
